DELIVERY TERMS
Once we receive your order it will be dispatched within 1-2 days. Shipping time depends on the location of recipient, inside of Europe it will take approximately 3-7 days to arrive. Each item are directly in our stock so all orders will be processed fast!

DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are fixed
European Union 25 €
Rest of the world 35 €
Please do follow actively your email to make sure you receive order confirmation. In case you find anything wrong with the confirmation please contact us immediately in order for us to assist you further.
Customers under age of 18 must have the acceptance of their parents to place an order.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments by Debit or Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard).
Payment Services provided by PayPal.

VAT, TAXES AND DUTIES
Inside of EU: All prices include VAT
Outside of EU: All prices exclude VAT
Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
When ordering inside the EU, your price is shown directly on each product page. When ordering to a country outside the EU, you will see your final prices after choosing your country as you fill in your delivery address. On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local Customs office for information on duties and taxes.

RETURNS
The customer has a right to return the ordered goods within 30 days counted from the moment when parcel being received. Each product has to be unused and the package has to be saleable, otherwise the return can not be accepted. If you want to return a product please contact us via e-mail (piia@homebypiia.com) in advance and you will receive further instructions after. Return costs will be deducted from the product refund.
In case where order will be cancelled by the customer and not being dispatched only PayPal fees will be deducted from total amount.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Sometimes there might happen unexpected events during the transport despite the careful packaging. For that reason it would be highly recommended to check the status of the package at the post office while collecting the package. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged) make a damage report at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service to arrange a delivery of new product.
